Presentation template package

The brief

Create a presentation template that works across multiple presentations, and can be edited by any staff member. Teach the team how to use the templates so creative people don’t need to be hired for each pitch.

Our Approach

There are multiple steps involved in this project.

Discovery: we meet with the client to understand the endless combinations for the template. No two client’s templates will be the same, so the system should work for each client’s specific needs.

Creative development: Next, we integrate their style guide and other owned creative assets while exploring the creative look and feel of the deck as a whole. We present sample pages to the client, including their feedback, and develop the entire deck. We present the entire deck to the client, they are allowed two rounds of changes. From there, the final deck is handed off.

Video guides: accompany the deck to clarify how the system works.

Testing: In this period, 1-2 staff members test that the templates work, are easy to follow, and have the supporting technical videos to use.

Support: we provide support for two weeks.

Our Solution

We created a beautiful and compelling design system for the client. This system could be used by any staff member, and the results would always be of great quality.

The system included:

• 40-page master deck with endless combinations for pages

• all of the separate design elements needed ie icons, imagery, chart styles

• video guides.
